Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.

Shipping and Insurance fees are not reimbursed if items are returned. See restocking policy.

For domestic shipments:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate. Buyer may at their discretion request FEDEX or Express Mail service.

For international shipments:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance via USPS Global Priority Flat Rate-Insured.

All in-stock orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

Returns & Exchanges
1. If you are not pleased with your Gibby Custom Designs, LLC purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund or exchange equal to the original purchase price
2. We try to acknowledge all return request within 3 days.
3. You must ship the item back to Gibby Custom Designs, LLC within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
 The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
 We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
 The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
4. After we examine the item and verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund or ship your replacement item within 3 days. For both your and our protection, when making a refund via personal check or money order, we send the refund in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.

Restocking Fee:
Returns must be post marked within 7 days from receieipt of the items. No restocking fee will be charged if the item is returned in its original condition.

Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchange.
